The panel covered three main topics: (1) economic challenges faced by the transgender

community; (2) transgender people cannot simply improve their financial situation by better

budgeting: solutions currently implemented by the financial service industry to bridge the gap;

and (3) how the financial services industry can better serve transgender consumers.
