If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), we are here to help.
You have 2 weeks (14 days) to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, no damages, and be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt, proof of purchase, or packing slip inside of your package.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 business days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order is otherwise incorrect due to the mistake of the store, we will process a return label and pay for the shipping of your return.
However, if you ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, or simply "do not like" your items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
